How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery within Australia is estimated to take 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email when available.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@playswap.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition, with their original packaging, accessories, manuals and labels.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order or correct your delivery address. We’ll try to make the change before fulfilment begins, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@playswap.com with your name, order number, the product you’d like to return and the reason for your return. If there’s an issue with the product, please include clear photos or videos.
How long does a refund take?
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we aim to submit an approved refund within 3 business days. After that, it commonly takes around 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
